Training Outline

This three-day eye-opener workshop will provide a basic understanding of SAFe®, including the initial setup required within your current teams and all associated roles and artifacts.

You will also practice the skills needed to support and execute PI Planning events. The workshop will explore the criticality of adopting a customer-centric mindset and a design-thinking approach to Agile product delivery. Furthermore, you will discover how to align strategy and execution more effectively by successfully implementing Lean portfolio management within your enterprise.
After completing this course and passing the associated exam, you will earn the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification. This comprehensive workshop is the perfect starting point for anyone looking to establish a solid foundation in SAFe® principles and practices.
