Introduction: 

This 5-day course is designed to equip technicians with the fundamental skills and knowledge required for effective planning and execution of tasks. Participants will learn how to break down complex tasks into manageable steps, allocate resources efficiently, and create detailed work plans.

  • Identifying and estimating resources required for a task

  • Scheduling techniques (Gantt charts, critical path method)

  • Contingency planning and risk management

Day 4: Communication and Collaboration

  • Effective communication in planning
  • Teamwork and collaboration in planning processes
